Very disappointed in the service I am receiving. My friends and I have used prompt titles for over 8 years. Always amazing til now. My friend and I have been waiting for updates on our bonded/abandoned titles that we both paid 400 dollars a piece for. Both have been over 30 days with no update at all. I have called 7 different times with absolutely no help. Friday Katelyn hung up on me @412 pm after asking my name then putting me on hold and pick up the phone and hung up. Called back to voicemail. Today a young man picked up and told me the lady that takes care of the titles isn't it. Weird this hold time I was told Gabe takes care of them. Not sure what is going on over there since Betty passed away but the is unacceptable.
