Dr Goel is always professional but personal at the same time. Genuinely concerned about how I am feeling and the goal to help feel better based on my severe L3-L4-L5 conditions.

I have been seeing Dr. Goel around ten years now. I find her to be a very caring, and very empathetic to what a patient is dealing with. It’s difficult when as a patient you are just crippled in pain, and sometimes you get a Doctor who doesn’t understand that. I definitely do not see Dr. Goel in that way. For me to see her, it’s almost an hours drive, but well worth it because of the care and concern that she provides.

Questions & Answers

Last Question. If I have the steroids for pain injected into the hip joint, instead of the stem cells before our two trips, could I get the stem cell injection in three or four months after the steroid injection?

Never had the hip injected but usually 3-6 months with any prodecure. Currently waiting for both hips to be injected next month doing PT for now. My suggestion too you is call the office and speak to the head nurse Kim.

If Dr. Goil injects stem cells into my bone on bone hip joint August 28th, will I be able to fly to Cancun the 7th of Sept for two weeks, then a three week cruise in Nov.? Will use wheel chairs in airport, but still Lots of suit cases and walking.

I would call her office. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to though. Good luck!
