Everyone at the Bernina Connection was wonderful when my machine needed servicing! I was in the middle of sewing my wedding dress when something broke inside my machine - brought it in on a Saturday and it was ready by Monday or Tuesday, so fast! The staff were very communicative and went above and beyond - and my Bernina is working beautifully now.

If you call them they can almost always get you in contact with someone who can. They work with a lot of wonderful professional sewers in a wide range of techniques.
