My business needed some additional storage, and we elected to move forward with Right Space at I17 & Bell Rd. My experience with the staff has been nothing less then ideal. As all storage facilities, they have policies and guidelines for their customers, and they were explained to the letter. They we accommodating to our business needs perfectly. They were so amazing, I elected to rent an additional unit, because we had so much stuff.... Over all, wonderful experience, great staff and fair pricing and terms.

The storage units here are safe, they have great access hours and pricing. The best part though is the office manager Brenda. We rented a year ago and decided to go back after a great 1st experience. Brenda remember me and she made the move in process super easy! They’re always friendly and helpful when you contact the front office as well. It is such a nice personal touch that I was remember. Made me feel like such a valued customer!

I've had my stuff stored here for almost 2 years and at first was very happy with price (the reason I chose this location over others). Since then, management has changed and they've raised the rates twice! I get this company is just trying to make money, but what ever happened to customer satisfaction and consistency of service? Almost feel like I'm being bullied and who knows when they'll raise the rent again? In two months? Can't wait to leave this location and would not recommend this place to anyone. To New Management: STOP raising the rates on existing customers! If you really want high rates, offer them to new customers. Don't punish loyal customers, if you want to keep them.
