Used mobile app to order. Parked to wait for my sandwich and fries. Waited 20 minutes until I went in to find out what was going on. They gave my order to someone else and I asked for a refund instead. Was informed that they don’t do refunds. Since when is that a company policy? The woman manager was trying to find out what happened to the food instead of just making it so I didn’t have to wait any longer than I already have. I told her it doesn’t matter where it went as it didn’t come to me and I’ve waited long enough. She told me it mattered to her to find out where they went wrong but that could have been done after I was taken care of. Priorities should be reevaluated. Making customers wait while they figure out who did what wrong seems to be a terrible business model and even worse customer service. And not giving refunds? How is that legal?

2 cars had to wait until the hash browns were ready it took 10 minutes for them to come out with our food. Doesn't take that long to make them. Also realized when I got home that they didn't take the code off.

Generally, a good experience. Been through the drive thru here many times. Service is relatively quick and speedy, and they have never been 'out' of anything when I've visited. Staff here are excellent - Amy always shares the joke of the day at the drive thru. Overall, it's McDonald's. This one shines because of the drive thru staff. otherwise, I wouldn't have any particular feelings about it. It's worth visiting if you're looking for a McDonald's

The crispy chicken sandwich is a wet soppy piece of what doesn’t taste like chicken and it’s definitely not crispy in any sense of the word. There are no condiments, nothing but 2 measly pieces of pickle. One side of the bread is burned, and the fries tasted like turpentine! I forced down 3/4 of the meat, drank the Sprite, and threw the rest away! Thanks for wasting my money and helping me go hungry McDonalds!
