My food was of decent quality. Certainly not the best KFC chicken I've ever had but still good. Finding a clean dining table proved to be a challenge. Obviously the staff of this location have a shortage of pride and work ethic which is on full display. Vast room for improvement!

My wife got a chicken sandwich and I got the Nashville hot tenders. Mine weren't cooked all The way through. Had one area where all y The Nashville seasoning was, biscuit hard as a rock. Her sandwich had burn marks on the bun and the chicken was crunchy. Not the crust that's supposed to be, but the actual chicken. To top it off, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there's diarrhea that had clearly been there for a long time EVERYWHERE.

First off KFC has been a family favorite since I was a kid. This last experience at this location was horrible. My son and I ordered popcorn nuggets with Mac n cheese. We were advised no popcorn nuggets due to a shipment not coming in. Then I commented no famous bowl either right. He said we have enough for a famous bowl. I was so excited and ordered the combo. My son ordered chicken tenders with Mac n cheese and then was advised no Mac n cheese. He was bummed but quickly got over it. He settles for fries. Took us forever to get our cups. The guy walked away and didn't come back. Finally our order came up. My son's combo looked ok. His biscuit was really dark and hard as a rock but he doesn't eat them anyway. I opened up my famous bowl. It had 5 nuggets a very small scoop of potatoes and way too much gravy and no cheese. I took it back to the counter and waited a long time before I just said no loudly "doesn't the famous bowl come with cheese?" The gentleman that took the order said "oh yeah" like he forgot. I asked for a refund. I also didn't even get a cookie. Super disappointed and no one even said sorry or looked like they cared. I'm in customer service and empathy goes a long way.

I am constantly having issues with this location and of course it’s the only one that’s close and my family loves the food. Had a mobile order and the lobby is closed due to short staffing so I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line for the past 15 minutes while I am sure my food is getting cold. This is partially on me I know this location is absolutely dismal when it comes to service. I’ve had to wait for buckets for 40+ minutes before. Learned my lesson for the last time. Please do not support this business.
