Other than the repeated stop and go for the car behind me not going into neutral or leaving their foot off the brakes and the difficult sign up process as their machine wouldn't accept my credit card unless using the tablet the car was clean and the vacuums strongly separating me from my crumbs, dust and whatever that metallic clacking was as it went unseen from under my seat at 7000 mi an hour up into their vacuum tank. Hope it wasn't necessary but at least the debris is gone and the vacuums included. $32+/ month for the unlimited works, can't beat it.

Got stuck inside the wash then was told to drive off with soap on my car still. I’m a monthly member and always having issues but unfortunately the location is convenient wish they had better quality wash.

They close at 8 pm. So we seem to miss it sometimes bc of work. We don't get back to this area in time on our way home from work. But when we do get there it's pretty cool it's fast and I love the smell of the soap!! And the employees are really nice and helpful when we have questions! Five stars all the way!

Pretty good, the wash was super quick and a similar price to other washes. I chose the second tier wash, but sadly there was some dirt left on my car after the water that dropped down dried, would love for it to be a bit more thorough, but don't know why this happened.

Must be bad luck. No exaggeration, I probably go between 10 and 14 times per week to the Mr. Car Wash on 300 West. Two different cars. I can't remember the last time I got a bad vacuum. Do you tend to use the vacuums along the car wash building, or the ones across the parking lot? I always use the vacuums next to the car wash building. Maybe I'm the lucky one!
Coming from current Mister employee, no Mister doesn't have a water heater yet but we do plan on installing one in the near future.

Having trouble keeping help never had a problem been unlimited member for 8 months now. That's the only way to go
There is a limit but they do pretty large trucks. Depends on the width of your tires fitting in their track really. If they are stock tires you should be fine. Lifted with huge tires maybe not. Hope this helps.
