Must be bad luck. No exaggeration, I probably go between 10 and 14 times per week to the Mr. Car Wash on 300 West. Two different cars. I can't remember the last time I got a bad vacuum. Do you tend to use the vacuums along the car wash building, or the ones across the parking lot? I always use the vacuums next to the car wash building. Maybe I'm the lucky one!
There was "ONLY" one occasion that I know of the vacuum malfunctioned. That was because the hole was clotted. The car wash is pretty well maintained. If there is a problem why not address any of the workers. Usally they happy to assist you.
