Our old dryer just died suddenly. We didn’t want a huge, fancy new dryer and Rob at West Coast hooked us up with a fine Whirlpool at a reasonable price. It was delivered two days later. We opted for installation and Calvin, Keanu and Brad did an awesome job under less than perfect circumstances; and then took our old machine away. Great shop, wonderful installers.

I bought a recliner from these folks and I had it shy of a week before the whole back fell off. I waited for a week before they came out to fix it and just took a picture. I waited another week before I personally went back into the store. They told me the part is on order and I'll have to wait another month before the part came in. I heard nothing so I went back into the store and they told me that I could pick out another chair and pay the difference. I did that just a couple days ago and today I flipped the chair over because I heard an odd noise and saw that it has been repaired. I will never buy from them again!!!

Went in for a dishwasher and they had a large selection at many price levels. I paid more than I wanted but got exactly what I was looking for. They only had the floor model left and since I didn't want to wait on an order, which can take weeks if not month to get I took the floor model. It was delivered on the day they said. I now have it installed and i am very happy with how quiet it is and how well it cleans.

Purchased $18k worth of kitchen appliances. Paid for install on the refrigerator. Installer came out was rude and condescending and said walls / floor were so far out of level he could not complete install. I checked and walls were dead plumb and floor was out 1/16” over 3 feet (normal). Emailed sales manager and store manager and included photos showing wall/ floor condition with level bubble. I invited them out to inspect themselves. Crickets; no response, no refund of install fee. I guess I will have to file a small claims lawsuit. Needless to say, I will be installing this myself and buying elsewhere in the future. Installer is one thing, but it’s clear that apathy runs deep at West Coast Appliance and Furniture!

I would NOT deal with West Coast. I've not had great luck on service or warranty work. Mattresses are next door in home furnishing.

Yes they do. And look in the Back for slightly damaged, great deals with barely noticeable dings and dents.
