As a disabled person I have to mostly rely upon groceries that are delivered. I made the mistake of joining Shaw's Fresh Express program. I have had problems with delivery of my orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tonight it was delivered an hour and a half late. Groceries are just thrown into bags and are packed so heavily that the bags rip when you pick them up. Unless you can figure out how to cancel substitutions on each item, the shoppers will pick very weird items, usually at a higher price than the item you ordered. They're never at the same price or lower. Don't make the same mistake I did and pay for their delivery service. There has to be better options out there. Also, EVERY TIME I placed an order, I had to waste a lot of my time contacting customer support and oftentimes the store as well. A customer shouldn't have to do that. This store has major management issues, and their home delivery service won't work right until that's fixed.
