I think this probably refers to the Shaw's app. I don't have this app myself, so I am not 100 percent sure. I suggest you install the app if you haven't already. Then follow the app's instructions. I hope this helps.

In my local store, I have a loyalty card. I added the card to the app. Now I search for digital coupons on the app, then I load them to my card. When I checkout, the coupons automatically come up at the register. It's annoying that you have to use tech, but it's way easier not having a bunch of paper coupons to search through. Maybe someone in customer service can walk you through the process.
