Completely disappointed I waited on the waitress. She was Completely under trained and probably shouldn't have been a server. I don't want anyone to believe that other bj restaurants are this bad. I've never had an issue this bad since I've been going to bj's. My server was more worried about her big back side than being a good server. She didn't even know the menu. They also need to have an updated beer menu. It was a horrible experience up front. The food was good. Although I asked for grilled asparagus and received steamed.

Customer service by Josh was very good. I went yesterday for mother's day and I didn't see enough waiters. Food not what I expected, I don't think is difficult to make a philly sandwich, the bread soggy, coleslaw was terrible, old veggies. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Staff was really friendly and attentive. Ordered the kids chicken tenders and was super shocked that they were good and not dry at all. Got the bacon and avocado burger. Great portion size, somewhat average on the price ($15). Fun atmosphere at the bar if you want to watch TV. Pizza here is always good too.

I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. and it just came with pasta. unbelievable. they’re not even willing to give me the proper order. so embarrassing!
