Terrible customer service, understaffed, never pick up the phone, just transferred to voicemail after voicemail, no calls back, rude if you ever do get through. Would not recommend ever getting a loan with them. Do yourself a favor and work with Golden 1 or Patelco instead

I use to love this credit Union until they upgraded their online banking. Now when I try to link my account to a third party app using plaid or decislogic, Pacific unable to send the data over to validate that I have an active account. I have called several times about this issue and it seems to be that they point the finger at plaid and decisilogic. These companies have stated that the issue is with Pacific. There is no resolution to this problem that has been going on since APRIL. That is 3 months now. I’m ready to shut my account down and go elsewhere because I am Not getting a resolution and receiving the run around.
