If you can, try another facility - very poorly organized, late, unclean, and services are apparently not guaranteed. 1. I had to call to make an appointment, as their online system wouldn't allow me to book more than 2 weeks out. 2. I had to confirm my appointments (orthodontist consultation and dental cleaning) no less than 6 times - twice by email, twice by text, and twice by reminder calls - this seems excessive. 3. On my appointment day, the facility was already backed up (and dirty) at 8:45am for my 9am on Saturday morning. I filled out paperwork and was seen at 9:30am. 4. I opted to have an orthodontist consultation to get a quote (I had gone 2 other places and wanted a 3rd quote). The orthodontist started off positive, but said I wasn't a candidate for clear braces - both other orthodontists had said I was, so this was strange. Upon hearing I wasn't interested in traditional braces (only clear braces) he cut me off and said we were done and told me to leave the room. This was strange, bordering on rude behavior. 5. I then had a dental cleaning appointment. I checked in and was asked to fill out the same paperwork again. 6. I was called up and asked to fill out the paperwork a third time - they had somehow lost it in the 45 minute gap of time. They also shared they were running an hour behind as one dentist had called in. I was fine, as this happens. However, when I dropped the third set of paperwork off at the desk they confirm I was there for an exam and x-rays, not a cleaning. I clarified I would not have booked without a cleaning, at which point they shared I probably wouldn't be seen that day and would have to book another appointment to have a cleaning. I opted to leave - this was at 10:45am (my appointment was at 10:15am).

The dentists and support staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my needs. On my first visit I was impressed with each interaction. I can highly recommend Western Dental in Concord CA.
