Will never fly Frontier again. Prices are fraudulent. Why was I charged for a seat when I checked in? Is a seat not included in the price? Apparently not. And they're charging for carry on now? How on earth am I supposed to travel without a carry on bag. Never again will I fly Frontier, after paying for carryon and my seats, the price doubled. Fraudulent and annoying to say the least. This is the last time ever I fly Frontier. Ever. Goodbye.

Absolute joke of an airline and team. Do not book with a "budget" airline thinking it will save you anything. You will end up spending more later when they cancel the flight

I booked a flight online. I went to the gate to get a better understanding. No one in like me at all. Didn't put my bags up yet. I asked if we could change. She said she could do nothing. She told to ask for changes in Denver. Denver said no. Called customer service and they said they can't make changes once we start the flight. So basically all changes had to be done in WA. It's like talking in circles, and they have no way to make notes about the issue. What a ....... This is like volleyball. Just one hit to that side, and that side , and the next side until the person goes away. Great defense. so I waited with my daughter who is had a learning disability for over 15 hrs. Couldn't sleep. Had to make sure she was safe. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IM SURE. YOU HAVE HEAR THIS BEFORE

Frontier used to be a really great airline about 10 to 12 years ago. Not anymore. They have become one of the worst airlines for on-time departures and arrivals, poor customer service, and just a really bad experience overall. I made a mistake of flying with them recently (due to schedule), and I will look for other and better options going forward. My preferred airline these days is Alaska Airlines.
