I didn’t write a review after our first project with Vogel’s but I should have, and now that we have completed our second project with them, I’m taking the time to write this review. We are so pleased with our new kitchen floor! This last summer, while undergoing several home renovations, we had our general contractor install luxury vinyl tile (purchased from a large discount retailer) in our kitchen. From the beginning, the tiles clicked when we walked on them. As this was our first experience with LVT, we hoped the tiles would settle and stop clicking, but this was not the case. They kept clicking and within 3 months, the tiles were uneven, coming apart and tearing at the seams. We have 2 young children in our home and not only was our new floor now terrible looking and uncomfortable to walk on, but it wasn’t safe. Long story short, we had previously worked with Vogel and the floor they installed still looks great, has never clicked, etc. so we contacted them. From the start, Holly and the whole Vogel team was helpful and understanding about our situation. John came to our home to measure and quickly got us an estimate to replace the floor with new LVT we picked out at their showroom. The cost was more than we paid our general contractor to complete the work last summer, but we knew what we would be paying for: a beautiful, stable floor, done right, by a company we trust, that stands behind their work. And, that’s what we got! Hector and Marco did a wonderful job! The new floor fits in our home, like it’s always been here, but at the same time, it’s brand new and luxurious. No clicks or wobbles like we had before! We are so happy that we went back to Vogel’s for a second time! We absolutely recommend Vogel’s and from now on, will always go to them first for any flooring needs we have.

Vogel's has a great selection of carpets but it is the installation that shines here. We have a very tricky staircase and they did an absolutely amazing job of cutting, binding and installing the new carpet runner. We love it!

Vogel's is the best! I've used them twice now, for carpet in a bedroom and new vinyl flooring in my kitchen. They're super easy to work with, have a large selection of high quality materials, and reasonable prices/options for different price points. I love that you can take samples home with you to see how they will look in the space. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've used Vogel's Carpet twice for flooring in my Seattle condo and the results were terrific each time. I came in last month looking to update my bedroom floors to the same flooring I used a few years ago. The flooring is no longer available, but John helped me pick out a different style at a reasonable price. Since I don't have a car, John even dropped off and picked up the samples from my condo! It looks amazing and I ended up getting my bathroom and kitchen done as well. The work was done in 3 days - 1 less than the initial estimate. They are super helpful, especially if you aren't 100% sure on the color/type of flooring. I highly recommend Vogel 's,

Hi! Here is a partial list of the measures we have put in place to protect our employees and customers. • Masks and gloves are available to all employees, contractors, and guests • Customers coming in not wearing masks are asked to put one on • Plastic Shield is installed in front of the reception desk • Clean Pen and Dirty Pen containers are available for customers • All product samples returned by customers are sprayed with sanitizer and wiped down before placed back on the sample displays • Hand Sanitizer is available throughout the store and office • The entire facility has a professional deep-cleaning done once per week • All door handles and surfaces are wiped down and disinfected at least once per day and more often when there is high traffic • Electronic thermometer is available for temperature checking, which is done periodically or if someone has symptoms • Enforcement of quarantining and testing if an employee has been in contact with someone that has tested positive
Hi! We offer 6-month deferred interest financing. There is a simple application process to qualify. You pay no interest if the balance is paid off at the 6-month mark. A small minimum monthly payment of 3.5% is required.
