Hello Jess, it is recommended to have your AC unit at least serviced 1x per year for an annual maintenance. If you notice the AC not cooling and/or making noise you will need a service call.
Our residential service call charge is $85.00+tax per system we work on. The $85.00 covers the diagnosis. Any repairs and/or freon will be an additional charge and will be discussed during the service. Thank you.

Dependent on the type of heating system and if extras need to be done, such as piping etc. Normally a one day job for a replacement heating system.

If the unit is approximately 10 years old, it might be best to replace the system. A service call would be best to determine which option is best to move forward with.
Hi Emily, Four times a year for pleated filters. Every other month for non pleated filters is our recommendation. Of course if you have pets or allergies, filters should be changed more often. If you require assistance to change your own filter give us a call for a service call and we will be able to assist you for future use.
Your heating unit should be maintenance every year before or at the start of the heating season. If you experience any issues you should call an HVAC contractor to check out the issue before it becomes a bigger concern. Thank you.
