This was a really nice spot - convenient to I-90 but with a great view of the Missouri river. We stayed in a tent spot - it seemed like the tent spots might have been crowded if all of them had been occupied but there were only a couple of tenters on the night we were there. The sunset across the river was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an OK campground. The bathrooms were tired but clean. The spot we were in was a little short but it worked and hookups water and Electric were on the wrong side. All other sites seemed to be on the correct side for the hook ups. (Just lucky I guess). They did let us have a late check out as we were waiting on a part to arrive. Staff was friendly.

Easy little campground. Roads in park are bad. Dry and dusty area. No beach or any real access to river except climbing down a steep embankment of boulders. Check in at 4pm and there's no one there from noon to 4pm if you want to check in early. Quiet. We came during mayflies hatching and it was pretty bad but at least they don't bite!
