This place does not care about you or your pet. All they want to do is to sell you the most expensive pet health insurance and then they provide zero service. Please stay away or use different Banfield location.

🚨KEEP AWAY!!🚨 The manager Michaela is truly unprofessional & won’t be of any help if something ever goes wrong like it did with us, we were lied to and now we have been told we are being sent to collections for something we NEVER agreed to paying. Please be careful if you do choose to come here and make sure to refuse to sign the “estimate” paper they give you which I was told had to be signed before my pets appointment but later came to find out that was a lie. Jasmine the receptionist came out with some papers for me to sign before taking my dog in, I read them of course and saw that they were charging me for something I did not agree to because I had a coupon which I had told her about and I offered to show her but she said “No need” and she promised to cross out the fee and of course that never happened and it seemed as they just tricked me into signing which I was later blamed for by Michaela(manager). Even though Michaela was told by her employee that SHE DID come to that verbal agreement with me that I WOULD NOT be charged that fee she explained to me as I understood that it does not matter because I signed the form. Never have I ever received that poor of a service by any employees of a veterinary. After the 15 minute appointment was over they called to collect payment, I did not get to speak to the vet & minimal details were given about what went on in my dogs appointment, nothing was really explained but they did give me a packet with some information for me to read to excuse(or cover up) their poor service after my pets appointment because as I came to find out paper work is all that matters to them.

We've been bringing our dog here for years and have always been happy with them. This Banfield location consistently takes good care of our senior dog, and with her heart condition, that means a lot to us. Mikaela takes care to schedule at times when the wait won't be long, and she always greets us and our dog by name, and Dr. Kim is awesome at explaining test results and the latest prognosis. It's reassuring to feel like everyone here sincerely cares about us and knows what they're doing.

I only went to pick up some pet records. I called in advance to let them know what I needed. The woman said it's good to, and to simply pull up. I got there and tried calling. It went to the machine. I waited a few mins because I figured they were busy. I called again, was on hold for a minute or two, and the woman came right out. She was super nice and chill. So far so good! No complaints here!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
