Went there for parts for a 2001 Mercury saltwater. They had the parts and printed a diagram of the engine and were really helpful. Great place to go for boat service.

I bought my Waverunner VX Cruiser HO back in 2018 from Whelan’s. Drove all the way from Norfolk for it. Even went back in 2020 and bought a Robalo R180 center console from them. Keith is a no nonsense kind of guy and very transparent during his sales. None of the sales tactics, games, or pressure that you get down here at Hampton Roads dealerships. His excellent customer service is definitely one of a kind. Hence my willingness to drive 2:30 hours each way to do business with them twice. I highly recommend Whelan’s Marina.
