Took my boat in there to diagnose a problem and fix it. I liked their service.

Purchased a new2018 621fs from the boat farm. After bringing the boat back multiple times to have issues resolved I had to have another dealership service and finish setup of the boat. (No transducer, voltage issues, not having predelivery inspection done, not all accessories installed). After having to get towed off of the Missouri River due to voltage issues and not being able to start the kicker motor. Thank god the wind didn’t come up. I reached out to the owner and he treated me as if I was an idiot. This is the 4th walleye boat I have purchased and am very familiar with them. I reached out to ranger boats and they were very apologetic. The quality of the boat is fantastic and I would recommend the brand just not the boat farm. Unless you want follow up service on sub par fast food on a $87,000.00. The issue was resolved by using a test light and common sense. The batteries were not wired correctly and the battery isolatior was wired incorrectly. If you can afford it buy a nice fishing boat just not from the boat farm!

Last November I bought a pre-owned boat from a salesman named Tim. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I was comfortable with the deal at the time. I live in Minnesota so the boat didn't see the water until Spring. That's when the trouble started. Prop shaft was bent, tachometer did not work, console gps/sonar did not work properly. I contacted Tim several times and asked him to ask the owner if he would help me out with the costs of replacement of the prop shaft. I have over $1000 into replacement. Most of that is labor. I was willing to eat the cost of the tachometer and gps/locator. In total I have over $2000 into replacement parts to get the boat in running condition. Months later I am still waiting for the owner to call to address the issue.

The head guy at this boat dealer Kirk is probably one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Let me give the back story to the chain of events that lead me to writing this post. A friend and I saw a listing for a boat we were very interested in. So I called Boat Farm and spoke with Kirk who was pleasant on the phone and helpful. So we decided to drive about 2 hours away to look at the boat the following day. Upon arriving we looked the boat over and decided we would like to make an offer on the boat. After giving him an offer on a boat he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old and that was followed by what I can only describe as him scolding me because my offer was so ridiculous. After about 3 minutes of this bizarre behavior for a grown man he stormed off inside saying I was wasting his time. So my offer was only 8 percent under asking and this boat had not been gone through, cleaned, or checked by his shop yet.
