I spoke to a person on the phone from the service team. I asked a simple general question. This guy was so rude and short and you could hear the negative attitude in his voice. It was like I woke him from a nap at 1:30 in the afternoon. They have lost any future business that I had planned to give them and the business of all of my buddies that I boat and fish with. Good riddens to businesses like this. Plenty of other quality boat sales and service companies in out area who actually respect and appreciate their customers.

I recently purchased a new Cobalt boat from Sylvia and also worked with Andy and Seth. I was able to test drive the boat on their lake and was super impressed, and they also brought it to our lake for our board to see and approve. They were very easy to work with and I'm loving the boat. Andy also worked my existing boat in quickly in order to repair a few things for the new buyers. Great experience overall. I have had great experiences with Valley Marine. They are fair on service work pricing. Pricing of accessories in the store is reasonable. Only 2 issues are that, the accessory options are fairly limited for life jackets tubes and such. That may be a result of COVID-19 though. I was a little frustrated when I wasn't notified that my service work was delayed. I'm ok with the delay, but if I have to call a week after I'm expecting a call only to find out that the work is just starting that is frustrating. Simple call notifying me of delay would have made that experience better. However, I was ever pleased with the service work once completed. I'm also storing my boat in the winter with them. Pricing is very reasonable.
