Maria helped me twice. The first time it was very obvious she wanted to go home and rushed the appointment. I went back to retry on a dress I loved yesterday. When I found out there is no payment plan I told her I have to think about it. She said “Next time don’t try on expensive dresses, sweetie.” Very rude! I will never return even though that is the dress of my dreams.

The website said walk-ins welcome but when we arrived we were told it didn’t apply to weekends. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. No empathy. There was also only one other person there so it made no sense. Went across to David’s Bridal and received great customer service and beautiful dresses. HOB lost what could have been a huge purchase.

I can't believe this place is still in business, between my best friend's wedding and my sister's I have never experienced worse customer service. At least we laugh now thinking about the lying of dress arrivals and dresses in wrong sizes and overcharges and the awful sales lady, Charlotte I think, literally never remembering us, but at the time it was more than frustrating. It's actually been years but as I'm now on my wedding this came up and I'll never forget when they locked the doors with a handmade "we're not here" sign in the middle of a weekday because they knew I was coming to pick up bridesmaids dresses that they had said hadn't yet arrived (two weeks late) but they in fact had been sitting there just no one cared to check. I lost it when they called me back and said "they've been here" no apology nothing, so they locked the store. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go to literally any other bridal store.
