We were referred to come here by another boater three years ago. We have had our boat winterized and unwinterized, fogged, tuned up, and stored here for the same amount of time. However, after our last experience we will be taking our business elsewhere. We asked them to de winterize our boat in early April as we know they get busy. After they almost flat out refused to do it because it could get cold, they did eventually do it. We went last night to put the boat in the water for our first trip of the year only to find our drain plug gone. I understand that they make sure they are pulled during the winter, that is the correct thing to do. When my wife called and asked where the plug could have been placed, the staff told her that it was our fault. Instead of taking any responsibility for their error, they wanted to make sure to advise that somehow it was our fault. A simple apology for our inconvenience would have been sufficient, we understand things happen. However, their inability to even acknowledge they did or could have made a mistake will make me never do business with them again. Beware if you deal with these guys and take pictures for proof.

We purchased over a $500 paradise pad on a Saturday. When we took it out on the water that afternoon the inside of the mat had a large cut down the center. I called and left a VM immediately as they were closed. On Wednesday they still hadn't called me back. When I called back I was told to bring it in, drop it off and the distributor would look at it in 1-2 weeks. Crazy when you spend so much money on something, then have to wait on the distributor???? We brought it in at the beginning of the season and were treated like liars and told that WE damaged the mat when removing it from the packaging. Horrible customer service. You are better off going down the road to Shamrock's in Carnovon.

The team at Blackhawk Marine has been the only marine dealer that was able to troubleshoot shoot a problem I was having with my motor and make the necessary repairs. Their service is always completed to my full satisfaction and this is why I drive 2 1/2 hours for them to service my boat and motor.
