Holiday weekend are usually real busy and carnival weekend which is middle of July, around 15th otherwise you should have pretty good luck.

I know they have 1 large cabin, there are rentals around the lake. Just Google black Hawk lake, or Lake View community club.

Blackhawk has open water still, there isn't any fishermen out right now. I would check next weekend, the area will have consistently below freezing temperatures for a week by Friday/Saturday

I noticed a sign about Wi-Fi in the campground. Not sure how coverage or signal strength may be.
