The hike around the lake is great! There are mild inclines, a few rocks and rooted areas to maneuver. The path varies from narrow, wide, dirt, grass, wood planks and bridges. There were other trails but we stayed closest to the perimeter of the lake. It took us about 2 hours and 40 minutes. We stopped for about 35 mins. to watch a Blue Heron stalk, catch and eat a fish. We also took many pictures along the way.

Such a great relaxing place for a walk, bike ride, or even a kayak. You might even hear some frogs or see an eagle!
