I agree horrible management is correct! I dined in on 8/22/2022 and the manager Dustin argued with me over the horrible food and service I received. From the moment we set down the waiter couldn’t get the order right. I ordered double bone in pork chop and two bread bowl soups. The soups were watery and had no flavor. I cut the pork chop open and blood was gushing out! It was so nasty looking I almost threw up on it. I told my server I was up happy and she sent the manager over. He came over and asked what could he do and I hold him the horrible experience I was having he said okay and walked away and never came back. Then I asked for the bill so I could leave and I saw I was charged for all the horrific items so I asked for the manager, what did I do that for. I received a rude awakening! I was told to leave and never come back! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in life!

The food was delicious!!! I mean really good! If I could afford it I would eat there everyday!! I had clam chowder loaf, and the shrimp power protein bowl. And the fried calamari

The dining experience was horrible. There was 6 of us. Half of us were served our drinks while the other half waited at least 15 minutes before getting their own. Meanwhile my raspberry lemonade spritzer that came out with the first group of drinks came out as sprite and raspberry, absolute no lemonade in the drink. So I had to wait with the other group for the correct drink. We had to ask for waters for the table during the wait. It's a wonder that we didn't leave because my younger niece made a joke " if they can't get the drinks right then what about when we put in our food?" Nonetheless, the food orders came out okay and in the end we were at least asked if we would like dessert. Our server seemed young so the older folks in the family chose to be understanding and patience. But we all agreed that this person needed more training and the service was horrible. Three people left with headaches, 2 of which had 1 alcoholic beverage each and are experienced drinkers. 1 had pepsi but ended up with headache, dizziness and palpitations as if something was in their drink. Needless to say I believe we've retired BJs from our list of restaurant options 😞 especially this location.

(BAD MANAGEMENT/FOOD CONSISTENCY) This southern comfort sandwich and fries are $16. Most of the time I receive a small chicken piece in between 2 big buns. The sandwich is small, the size of any other fast food restaurant. If you’re charging a premium for a premium sandwich, I definitely would expect more and sometimes I have, but it’s very rare. I definitely do not feel comfortable paying $16 for this sandwich. I probably won’t be ordering from this restaurant anymore after this because it’s ridiculous how many times I have to get on Doordash support chat to help me with this specific restaurant.
