Was worried. I’m not sure about all the bad reviews I WAS hesitant personally, but I needed somewhere to stay late. Price was high sure but the weekend lol it was lower than the rest. There is a cheaper sign but it’s limited availability (I mean every business model has an attractant). Regardless, I enjoyed my stay no question. Wifi was great stable. Nice hardwood. Oh the lights at night really light up the property, bright white LED and vibrant blue beams running up the building. It’s what caught my eyes but also made me feel SAFE. Flies? I think they’re breeding more than usual? I’ll def stay again though.

Rooms were nice and super clean! The manager was very nice and really helpful not to mention accomdating.

Very, very dirty. Couldn't stop thinking that the pillow case was used previously without washing. A dirty chair was oddly placed. 2 stars because we had our dog with us.

The name is an accurate description. When you need a place to stay on a budget this is for you. The rooms aren't very large, but they are efficient and clean. The WiFi is unlocked and works great, I was able to play Fortnite with hardly any lag. The AC works great. There is a refrigerator, a microwave and one television with cable. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. They have smoking and non- smoking rooms available in separate buildings. Cape Charles is about 24 mins from the motel, which Is great in the summertime. If you are looking for a cheap relaxing vacation for your family the budget inn is a great choice. You may have to travel a few mins to the beach, but It will save you alot of money in exchange.
