Stayed for a week. Horrible staff due to the rude and impoliteness. Once I was ordering food from Uber and the desk counter lady yelled at the delivery driver and banned him from ever coming to the hotel. The rooms are bare minimum. Chairs are falling apart, stains all over the carpets/ bed sets, However the maids were really nice and cleaned well if you brought the issue to them.

We stayed here because it is so close to the Entertainment Center but for the money, it's not a very nice room. Needs updating for sure. Lamps looked very old and one didn't even work so lighting was terrible. Has green worn indoor outdoor carpet. Found a small Christmas bulb along the floorboard next to the dresser. Don't know how housekeeping missed it! Also there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Eww! No art work on the walls. Mattress was pretty comfortable. Not worth what they charge. Definitely are paying for the convenience of being close to the entertainment center. Staff was very nice.

The staff here is awesome. My friend had a heart attack while we were visiting. I had to wait in the lobby for a ride for quite some time. During that time the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made me more at ease while worrying about my friend. I would recommend Medina Inn to anyone wanting a peaceful stay at a hotel or motel. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I want to thank them for all their help. Maryjo Gray
