Checked onto the room and a snake was laying on the counter next to the sink. Manager refunded me , but said next time no refund. He don't have to worry about that, cause there won't be a next time. Make sure you check your room before you get too comfortable. You might not be alone.

This is the poorest and bad hygiene hotel in greenville TX, it deserves negative star i opened the room i saw coc roaches moving around in the bedroom and the manager or supervisor was very disrespectful with no manner.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. The staff have always been friendly and professional with me. I stay here occasionally for work, and I never have any complaints.

Roaches were in the room, the room smelled, and it looked like they hardly changed the sheets, because they smelled also. The chair in the room was broken. I didn't even sleep at all last night and praying that there isn't any bugs coming home with me. I would give zero stars. I read the reviews before staying here. Apparently I got the wrong room. Won't be back here again. No soap in room at all.
