Package is still en route even though on tracking it sais delivered. I don't know what ticks they teaching at fedex ground but I will never use them again. Horrible customer service with resolution center in Texas too they pointing fingers to each other and giving empty promises!!! Horrible

Fedex lied about a delivery attempt being made. Called them and the customer service woman just repeated that they attempted to deliver a package. The tracking showed that it never left this place. The woman on the phone then admitted that there was no delivery attempt. Fedex sucks. Too many lies.

Questions & Answers

Do you have a phone number? Both my son and I received notifications that packages were delivered to our door by a truck from your facility but they never actually arrived. I have proof that there was not even a fedex truck anywhere near my house.
