Really slow. The five star should be negative 3 with how slow they are. Been in line 25 min going and I count three feet Either hire people who can move a line or hire more people You are very disappointing

Same thing happened to me that happened to a few other people that reviewed this Ross. Three of my items didn’t make it into the bag but we paid for it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When the store was busy Diana the manager stepped in and went on the register and helped the customers waiting in line. That is an example of true leadership. I commend her and wish Ross would promote her. Wonderful prices !
