Well stocked. Pretty busy and looked like they hadn’t been out to check the tables in awhile but they could have just been that busy. Everyone was friendly and attentive behind the bar.

I am from out of town and placed an order and paid 35.00 for just a pizza I guess because that's all I received. When I called in they tell me they can't refund me because there is no way. So why not send someone out to bring it? I will never do this again.

I love the variety of pizza here and the salad bar. I love that you can ask for a specialty pizza to be made. The small arcade is ok, I personally think they should build out and expand it. The staff is friendly and helpful. My 11 yr old son enjoys going here as well.

A few times we said we wouldn't come back because of dirty tables, messy salad buffet and a sticky drink station. Today we were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was, the buffet was full and the employees were all hard at work cleaning, cooking, serving and making sure the guests were happy. Special kudos for Jennie and Krissy for keeping things running smoothly and putting the customers first. Keep up the great work!

No they dont. Foodstamps only covers cold foods like aldis and walmart. Hot foods are no accepted by foodstamps cash or debit/credit cards only
Pricing is aggressive. Both CiCi's we visited had the same adult pizza buffet price of $5.49 and fountain drink for $1.89 (for kids 10 and under, it's $3.49 for the buffet, $1.39 for the drink).
Can I suggest a Cicis that u may thoroughly enjoy? That's only if you don't mind a lil feedback....
We visited Cicis in Greenville, TX. We were there at 11am, when they first opened. The floors were dirty, they don't move chairs or tables to sweep. The bathrooms were filthy, toilet paper on floors in ladies and men's rest rooms hadn't been moped, bathroom mirrors were not clean, dirty spots all over them. I don't recommend this place. I'm giving it minus --5 stars 🌟.

You can get any pizza you want just tell the staff and they will make it to your liking no extra cost to you.. I would say afternoon is best just because of crowd's..
Cause they don't use the bathroom until after they eat
