A MOST LOATHSOME EXPERIENCE Note: I have regularly shopped at this establishment for convenience, it’s only now I decided to write a review.. cuz it’s time to really utilize the other local options here in Brooklyn… If the customer experience and service is going to be as dismal as it is… they jay as well automate the entire store. It would be a better shooing experience. A shopper would get more assistance and information from an app or website than it wound from an actual employee. Maybe it’s the lack of customer service training? Maybe the world is tired? Maybe management just doesn’t care? Maybe the money they make there is enough to take the community for granted? Who knows. But please shop at your local hardware stores. Avoid this place if you can… The aggravation isn’t worth it for me..luckily I only come here when I need to and have little to no other options. Tried to shop locally to help save jobs, but not sure if my investment is worth it at this establishment at the very least.

Worse experience ever buying online and on the store. I bought a tool table online (but in person on the store with a employee of customer service). The misspelled my name and my email, they gave me a date of arrival to pick up in the store, and the table arrived 1 month later. They didn’t have any information or update of the delivery during all this time. The item was lost, and they didn’t wanted to refund me. I spent hours on the phone with FedEx and customer service of Home Depot. When it finally arrived a month later I went to pick it up and the item was terribly beaten. They actually “hold it” for two days at the store claiming “we are preparing your box to pick up”, they not even check the product. I took it home and there were missing parts and was all broken. I had to spent extra money on transportation and the service from this company all the time was the worse ever. Even the response of one of their employees was “the world is changing”… whatever that means. I spent more than 2k in the last month and I would never put a foot on this place again. Unorganized. Inefficient. Dirty place. Worse customer service. Go to Lowels.

One stop shop for my artists needs. The woman at the paint counter was fast and courteous with my paint order. I was super happy with the mix and color and the paint choices are great. I always find a good deal and have many choices.

I love it here. The lines go fast and surprisingly(and I’m ambivalent about this) You say great deals there that don’t show up online.

I think they don't sell propane, only the tanks. The one in Clinton hill is near a school and they might have some regulations.

If you have a smartphone, you can ask it for driving directions to nearest Home Depot and it will get you there. Just in case, it's on Nostrand & entrance is on Walworth st.
