Celeste was extremely helpful she walked me out to my car put the box on the push thing pushed my stuff to the car loaded my car only the box was too big so I wasn’t able to purchase the wardrobe box for moving. But she was really helpful I had to get a refund but her help was above and beyond her customer service skills were absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced she deserves a raise in my humble opinion. Good place an a ok customer service they gotta focus more in making sure when they call somebody in charge of a section that they get to the customer not just call and leave the customer there waiting on it’s on without checking up to see if the customer got the help or assistance the customer needed other then that after they do get to you they are very helpful.
