If you're going to keep all inventory locked up, it would be very smart and efficient to have a worker ready at each aisle so that people are able to get what they need and not run around looking for someone to help. My dad was looking for a specific tool and he knew where it was but it was locked so we asked someone to help and this guy was trying to tell us they had no more of what we needed even though he hadn't even opened the lock to look. My dad got on his knees to check through the locked gate and he saw what he needed and asked him to open and the worker assured him they were all out. I suggested he opened up anyway and when he did, go figure- the equipment we needed was there. It would also be smart to do better at hiring people that know about the equipment sold at lowes or provide better training.

I ordered washer and dryer from this store. The team that delivered units completely failed to install properly and lied to my face saying that the installation was done properly. After scheduling Lowes to return to finish the job 4 times (and staying home missing work to accommodate), I’ve given up on them. Now after being charged for multiple parts and spending hours on the phone with them trying to rectify I’ll need to hire a plumber myself to come and finish the job that should have been done properly on day 1. Absolutely painful. Recommend you try ANY other option for appliances

Great store, really dope stuff in here. You can find anything you are looking for. There’s a huge parking lot. The prices are unbeatable at Lowe’s. I think this might be one of my favorite department stores ever. There’s also a pick up section if you buy online.

Not too bad, some items have to be ordered online. The quantity of items displayed online isn't up to date. I came looking for a SPDT switch which they said was in stock online, but there was none in the store.

Mandatory masks inside. Hand sanitizer available at entrance. Separate outisde entrance for online and curbside order pickup between the pro center and main exit. Cleaning products have been moved in front of main entrance for quicker access (less walking through store). Felt safe in there.
Probably, they have a mobile surveillance system stationed in the parking lot.
