By far da worst experience i ordered a phone for instore pick up my car was broken into i had a copy of my license dmv appointment is over a month away they denied my id n posted fraud to my account i really felt this was done cause im black had to cancel my order couldnt even get a mail in order

Needed info in phone to be reprogrammed since my phone was under my wife name who passed away and it had to be reprogrammed to my name and a different Verizon plan. Complicated but completed in a hour very satisfied

This place is just as slow in person. Best to have all day to get any service. Been with Verizon over 10 years. Time to return to someone that will show you matter as a customer
