Sometimes a restaurant (could be a bad day a person is having), however, there is no reason to keep screwing up especially since I was very nice through it all. I ordered beef ribs. I was given pork ribs, when I pointed it out, I was told, "oh, it is?" Server took the plate back to the kitchen then came back and said "oh, I guess we don't have beef ribs, only beef slices or pulled beef". They took so long to get the sliced beef after being told it would take a few minutes. Lucky for me, their salad bar was good. They have an awesome, must try beef soup. I asked for my food to go. The person couldn't even get my ticket so I can pay my bill, waited almost 10 minutes. People were nice. They just couldnt get it together today.
