A beautiful 200 year old huge house that is charming and so comfortable. The veranda is filled with rockers and cushioned wicker seating that is relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful trails for hiking and leisurely walks. Carriage house has a fun old bowling alley, snack bar and gift shop and right below is a game room with air hockey, shuffleboard, huge chess set, and ping pong. No extra charges for use. The house has awesome sitting areas with huge comfy couches, TV and fireplaces. Has a small room with sports equipment, a small candy store, a lil library and a bar with a fireplace and large TV. It’s a no frills place that offers much comfort and a warm staff that is Genuinely friendly and care about your comfort. They don’t nickel and dime you. Free bingo with prizes, no fees for equipment, candy is only $1.00 per bar and Very reasonably priced drinks at the bar. The food is simple, taste fresh, delicious and homemade. Our room was very charming with furniture that fits the 200 year old house. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. We will be back!!!

We had a 50th class reunion and The Winter Clove Inn was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect and socialize. The food was delicious, the rooms clean and quiet, the grounds were beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about the staff and proprietors. We loved it! Thank you!

What a beautiful, quaint inn. Rooms were pretty, comfortable and affordable. We were never hungry. Food was always delicious! Service was extraordinary! Jess, our waitress for our 6 day stay, was so accommodating and pleasant. The grounds, trails and waterfalls were wonderful! Great pictures! I broke my foot while on our trip. The owners dug out a transport wheelchair for me to use. What a blessing! I would highly recommend The Winter Clove Inn. Loved the place and all the staff. Thanks for a memorable trip!

This was our first time at Winter Clove, and we really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, the food is delicious, and the whole place has a great family-oriented vibe. Love the historical feel of the place. Are the rooms super modern and updated with fancy tvs? No, but that's not what I want from a historical property. Everything was clean and elegant, the bathroom was nice. I think especially for families, this is a great place to stay.
