I've been with Clark for 2 years now and am very satisfied. The price is decent and the service is great. The tech that comes to my house is friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when he can. Every time I have a new critter crisis they always come out immediately no matter what or how many times I need them to. I recently had another company knock on my door trying to sell me service, it was like a dollar or two cheaper every month. He was going on and on about why we should switch so my husband said "why would we switch when we've been perfectly happy with the company we have? They've never given us a reason to want to look elsewhere." We remain loyal to Clark because they've been loyal to us.

Have seen this company around my entire life, just recently bought a house and decided to give them a shot. Prices were relatively cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. They came out and sprayed for pests and treated both front and back yard. Did nothing about the wasps (even on the second trip out), and about 7 days after the initial treatment there were ants coming from the same spot in the yard. They just made another trip out a couple days ago, as I stated wasps are still there, and even after they left that day I still saw ants climbing the side of my house. Finally just went and got bug spray from the store to use. More effective for 1/10 the price.

Clark has always provided me with great service. My last technician took the time to move a large package from my porch Into my garage for me to keep it safe. Which was above and beyond his job description. In addition, my tech sang during his entire visit, which I saw on my cameras and it absolutely made my day! He took the time to put everything back the way he found it and really exceeded my expectations!!

The technician who has serviced my home has been excellent, and I give him 5 stars. The office staff with whom I have spoken have not met my expectations for customer service. For example, due to my moving, I canceled my service, but I was not asked the effective date of my cancellation. The rep said, "I'll cancel it today. Thank you, good bye," and hung up. I called back immediately to change the date to month end. I was told that the cancellation had already been entered for the same day and could not be changed. This is not satisfactory.
