Clean place with fast friendly service. They usually have better prices than Wal-Mart so I check here first Bought 5 pairs of pants and saved money on every pair. I also signed up for their credit card and saved almost $70 more. I call that a win/win.

Salon- Usually I love this place and I asked for light beach wave curls but it was super tight curls and I said I don’t mind it being frizzy and not worry about it but she insisted and put this powdery stuff and a lot of hair spray multiple times it made my hair really hard she was super nice maybe I’ll just stick with hair cuts and not styling

Used to have decent clothes that fit. Just went in and found that all the clothes they have were cheap and really lame. Tried to buy some pants for the clearance rack( the last place in the store that has anything of value) and had to wait in line to buy. That's fine till it was my turn the the person just walked off. Guess I'll just buy on line for now on.

Like other JcPenney stores, the aisles were cramped with clothing laying everywhere. I like to shop at JcPenney because they offer brand name items at good prices, but some sections of the store were a mess to walk around and comb through what they have for sale.
