Eddie the manager was absolutely FANTASTIC! We had several mishaps & couldn't get there when we planned but Eddie was very gracious. The park is clean & quiet. The laundry facilities are open but the showers/ bathrooms are under remodel. All hookups worked great! No internet but that was ok too. We would stay there again.

Only stay if there's nothing else available! No shade, no real privacy... however there doesn't appear to be any restrictions on how old your RV is, as opposed to the competition down the street, Almond Tree RV which is lovely.

I stayed here for a 3 month duration while i was at lineman college. Eddie was a good manager he was always working keeping park clean and improving things. Had a clogged sewer line and he had someone out asap to fix. Park is quiet and located close to shopping. Overall good experience would recommend .

I’m recently forced into the world of RV’s In my sixties but new to motorhomes and with luck I ended up at Paramont There’s no secret about the appearance here after having all the older beautiful trees removed for safety reasons. But due to the manager’s Eddie and Melissa gave me such a warm welcome I was able to appreciate what really counts. I’m sure there’s other parks whose management can be friendly but Eddie loand me his personal equipment until I was able to purchase my own And due to my lack of motorhome experience he has volunteered his help,!after dark and in the rain doesn’t matter he always makes me feel welcome beyond the business. My health is poor and on bad days Melissa has shopped and also done laundry for me. I’ve been all around this big world but never felt more welcome! And seems Eddies hours are 24/7 You never know what time day or night he can be seen imaking the property secure ! I am very fortunate to have found my place here! And get to sit back and watch as it is brought back to its former bueaty Most sincerely Greg A

Hello Tana! We are so sorry to hear that you're an evacuee. At the moment we do not have an vacancies, however that is subject to change with most of the other evacuees that are currently tenants are just waiting on their insurance policies to grant them payment for their loss. We do highly recommend you fill out an application and submit asap because we are only renting to evacuees. Be sure to list the year, make, model and number of slides (if there are any slideouts) on the back of the application. You can pick up an app at the park office, we have a basket out front with apps, or you can find one on our Facebook page in the photo album titled "application". We wish you the best of luck and please don't hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can do to help!

We currently do not have any spaces available but i do recommend submitting an application so we have your info on file and can notify you when a space is available. Pets are welcome but must be in the house at all times or on a leash and must be taken off property to go potty. They must be quiet and non aggressive, if they bark and disrupt the other tenants you will be asked to leave. Indoor cats are allowed but must be indoors at all times.

Currently we do not offer Wi-Fi however there are spots in the park that have it. We are working with Comcast to install internet and will post updates
It's 375 per month plus electric service. Some pay that to the park, and some pay the utility directly. As of now there is no water bill. There is a daily rate but I don't know what that is. Overall the place is safe and well maintained. You might like it here. The manager does a great job watching over us.
Do you have space avaible with hookups for 25 foot trailor and what's the cost. We are a fire evacuee couple and got a trailor given to us
