Dr. Rampino is fantastic. Thorough, detail oriented & caring. I recently moved to the area, and the scheduler asked if I could forward my cat's medical records from previous practices - it was clear when I arrived that the team had reviewed those records in detail. All of the staff were friendly & caring during our visit. Check-in was a breeze & we were seen promptly. I was promised a follow up call the following day to discuss my cat's labwork - Dr. Rampino called personally as promised & spent a great deal of time discussing the results & treatment options/recommendations. I'm happy to have found a very caring, thorough & astute veterinarian here in Chico.

Dr. Kleiman was very kind, very informative and quick to answer my questions. Samet is a very very knowledgeable young man and the information he has provided me set my mind at ease. I feel truly comfortable & appreciative that my Gizmo is in Terrific hands for all his health needs. Thank you to both of them for all they are doing to help Gizmo overcome his thyroid & kidney issues. P.S. they were sweet with Gizmo - I am sorry Gizmo was a bit grumpy 😺 Sincerely, Lisa Rizzo & Gizmo

Our poor cat has suffered from allergies for a while and I decided to give Chico Hospital for Cats a try. The doctor and staff were great. The doctor gave me lots of useful information about cat allergies and explained the why and how of treatment. Happy to say that after following her recommendations, our little feline is doing great. If you are a cat owner, Chico Hospital for Cats is the place to go for your cat's health care.

I really thought they were amazing. They showed genuine care and concern for my cat, and called her by name. They made sure to do a thorough examination, and the doctor was very knowledgeable about what is to be expected. They sent me home with a clear plan of action, and medications that helped my cat heal. They were attentive and called to check up throughout the next 3 days, to get updates about Stella. (that is my cats name) They also were patient with my young daughter, who came along with me. They saw us right away when we arrived. They also emailed me all records and treatments, as well as test results. They took the time to explain everything and every medication. I'm happy to report that, thanks to Chico Hospital for Cats, my cat Stella has made a full and total recovery from her mysterious illness. Thank you, Chico Hospital for Cats!
