Had a really nice massage here. The hot tub was nice too. We did not stay here but enjoyed our afternoon. The general store was cute and the staff were all friendly.

Had a wonderful time at this Oasis! It was so nice to be disconnected from reality for 24 hours as there's no cell phone service on property. There is wifi. Had a wonderful experience at the spa. Gia was not only a great therapist but so wonderful to speak with. Tony and Katherine (Katie) at the front desk made us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this gem!

Stayed here with 10 girls for a weekend to celebrate a special birthday. The minute we stepped into the lobby at 2pm, we were met with a brusk comment of "There are ABSOLUTELY no early check-ins". Funny thing though, we didn't ask for one. We were looking for a place to stay and enjoy the snacks and drinks we brought with us! Most of the staff was unfriendly, sometimes even rude. The pullout sofa's were so horrible to sleep on that we left with back aches. The opposite result one should find when leaving a SPA resort. When we complained to the staff they brought us planks of wood to put under the mattress. The mattress was still a slab of springs covered with a piece of fabric. There were a few bright spots in our weekend. Terese in the gift shop was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The server in the Woodnotes Grill was also a pleasure. One man at the front desk, not sure of his name was nice, the lady in the spa changing room & the massage tech I had was nice.. Thats it! I encountered 5 nice people out of an entire staff. I really don't understand why people who are in the service industry are unpleasant & rude. My advice to them is to get another job where you don't have to interact with humans! For me, this place is One and Done!

I only went to the spa so my review is based on my experience there. Overall, I give this spa a 3 mostly because everything was really clean and the massage was good. From the moment my group of 4 women walked in, we were uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk was extremely uninviting and barely looked up at us. We had booked 2 massages at 9am and two massages at 10am. We were late and while most spas have policies around lateness, which we understood, she never explained anything to us. The only mention was "they (the masseuses) are waiting for you. After we filled out the necessary paperwork she never directed us to a lounge or waiting area or asked if we needed a tour. I've been to plenty of spas, both high and low end, and this level of service is completely unacceptable at any establishment. Regarding the massage itself, it was good, and the masseuse was pleasant, but I could not completely relax since I was so annoyed at the overall lack of service. The treatment rooms are also not very dark and there was no music being played so you can hear other conversations outside of the room. The spa itself was not an experience, which is why I gave a 3 star rating. My friend found the outdoor hot tub because she started wandering around, but a tour of the grounds upon arrival would be a step in the right direction. Overall the facility looks very dated, and the steam room and sauna are not very big. This, coupled with the subpar customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. This place is just okay, and I would only recommend it if you have no other options available, which was the case for us.
