I am a resident of these apartments and with a very bad opinion I have had several problems in my apartment I go to the office and without results terrible attention the balcony door fell off and that is how they have me they do not care that the rats that guy are getting in Everyone here the days say they come and nothing

My wife and I lived there for 1 year but glad we moved out. The price and size of our apartment were nice, but communication with management was a consistent problem whether it was trying to get our water or air conditioning fixed. We lost heat durning the winter and took 3 days for them to fix it. We also had a persistent mice and problem. We get that bugs will come in the unit, but they never solved the mice issue and we had to buy our traps to catch them. It looks like a new company has taken over, and I hope they do a better job and Ross did. Otherwise choose another place until they fix their

I had a problem in my apartment. I went to the office and I felt that no one was helping me. Yaritza came out. She helped me and with her help they came to fix the problem in my kitchen. They need more people like that in the office.

roaches, mice, and rats everywhere. messages left with the leasing office fall on deaf ears. you will never get a call back from the office. my front door lock was never repaired after Tatiana guaranteed she would send someone to have it fixed. hallways smell like trash and neighbors play loud music constantly. hands down the worst place i have ever lived.
