I purchased my vehicle and worked with a great team from start to finish. Luis worked quickly and efficiently to help me choose which vehicle I wanted. Logan Price was my main point of contact and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the experience. I had a particularly difficult insurance hold up and he remained in contact throughout the process and made sure to advocate for me as a Mazda customer. I bought a 2017 Mazda Miata with 38.000 miles a month and a half ago, it was listed as ''certified pre-owned'' that their website guarantee that they all go through a 160 point inspection, it is a great car to drive but it has innumerous problems that shows me it didn't get any inspection at all. I will list them below: First day driving: Driver side vent cover fell Instrument cluster brightness adjust pin was broken, causing a rattle noise when playing music in the car The vent cover I asked them to fix and the service center used SUPER GLUE to put it back and didn't even bother to align it properly, after a couple complaints they aligned it but still, using super glue, today, a couple weeks after it, the vent cover fell again, I asked them many times to replace the cover but all they did was use super glue, it looks horrible and there's super glue all over the vent port now. The instrument cluster was replaced just yesterday, one month a half after buying the car, I understand the delay, we have a shortage of chips, the problem is that after it was replaced i'm having a metal to metal noise under my dash every time I drive on uneven roads/bumpy roads, I have a video showing where the noise is coming from, is the metal that holds the OBD2 port, the noise wasn't there before the cluster was replaced. Also, weeks ago I reported to them that my blind spot warning system wasn't working, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, they told me to record a video when this problem happen again, I did, I have 3 VIDEOS showing it not working, yesterday I showed the videos and their excuse was that I was driving fast, even after I told them that it didn't work at any speed for 3 days, not even a diagnostic done, now I can't rely on the safety feature because it doesn't work all time. Frame damage, last week I looked under the car and saw damage on the frame, frame pushed outwards, I never hit any pothole or anything under the car since I bought it, so, I decided to bring it to a body shop, the owner of the body shop said that it was caused by a tow driver towing it incorrectly, instead of using the bumper hook the tow driver towed it through the frame, damaging it, I never had this car towed, it ended up costing me $300 to fix it, which isn't bad but no one expect a ''certified pre-owned'' car to have this type of problem, when I mentioned it to the service center they told me that it wasn't caused by a towing and didn't give me any explanation of what it was, because I'm pretty sure I didn't hit the underbody of the car and no one else drives it other than me. The overall experience with the sales and finance center was nice, but as many other 1 star review shows, dealing with the service center is terrible, they don't help and they don't fix your car properly. EDIT: I went back to the dealership yesterday because I found more problems AFTER the instrument Cluster was replaced, my dash has several gaps between the plastic panels, the A-Pillar panel is not even connected properly, there's a tape close to my cluster/steering wheel that is floating around, the plastic trim under the dash was pushed out and now there is super glue on all my air vents (The only vent that had super glue before the cluster was replaced was the drivers side left air vent, the one that fell off on my first day driving the car and when I sent it to MASTRIA to be fixed, the service guy used super glue to put it back, there was no super glue on any air vent when I test drove the car and bought it from them)

Had a hell of a tough time finding a used Tacoma. It took months but finally found our dream truck. The only problem, it was 3 states away at Mastria Mazda. Logan Price walked us through the ins and outs of purchasing a vehicle from a different state. He was knowledgeable and eager to help us. We took the trip to Mastria to test drive the vehicle and once we decided to purchase, Logan helped us arrange for the truck to be shipped back to our home. I may live hundreds of miles from Mastria but I wish I could buy all my vehicles from Logan!

We can register out of state! It is important to remember, out of state registrations can take anywhere between 14-25 days and in some cases even longer depending on the state.

Not an out of state sticker but you have 7 days to get one but if you're staying in Massachusetts you may be able to get a Massachusetts inspection sticker here until you go home at a later date.
7 day full refund if for whatever reason. 30 day Massachusetts Lemon Law warranty if anything other than a fair wear & tear component of a new or used car fails in 30 days you can return it for a full refund.
In most cases, yes we do. There are occasionally exceptions though! Be sure to call ahead first and find out if the brand you leased can be bought out by us.
