While my service advisor was a peach, the rest of my experience here left much to be desired. I called about a replacement part and was quoted $15. The part was over $100. I was quoted for half an hour of labor, and charged for a full hour. While I was already there I had some recall work done. Which while was completed, a piece broke during the repair and they just left it and hoped the part wouldn’t pop off and I wouldn’t notice. But it did and I did. In the process of calling to get that fixed I was told multiple times I could only work with my original service advisor, who was on days off. Which is ridiculous. My needs shouldn’t have to wait for someone’s days off to be over when it’s a problem the dealership caused. Like they have a whole service dept. I then had to wait for the part to come in and return. Service even said the replacement typically comes with the kit because the part almost always breaks but that my kit for whatever reason didn’t. They should’ve ordered the piece right then and not made me come back an additional two times to deal with the issue. It could’ve saved me at least one trip. Which is especially annoying as I live almost an hour away. I also declined the courtesy car wash, which my car received anyway, coming out with a bent license plate. While it was an easy fix, it was highly annoying. Would not recommend getting any vehicle service done here.

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer, and they are top of the line in this business. I recently bought a new 22’ Toyota Highlander and Roger Dye was the sales rep I used. Roger did an absolute awesome job on finding me and my wife what we wanted, and was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. We are thrilled with our purchase and even through nationwide shortages and low inventory, we couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. All the way from Roger to the finance department it was smooth sailing. Great group of people to work with. We will definitely return in the future.

Had a great experience! Paul was responsive and worked with my husband and I over text, phone and email. We were able to do much of the required paperwork prior to pick up day which was essential for us as we traveled from out of town. Once there we had a great experience with every person we met, everyone was nice and attentive. Kristin ensured that we understood everything we signed off on and had us out quickly! Overall best experience I've had buying a car!

Great experience buying my first vehicle here, a 2022 4Runner. Seamless experience upon arrival from test driving to completing the purchase with Ja’Mia. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the process as easy as possible. Due to current market conditions there was a substantial markup on the price, but the salesman Brian Doyle was able to help in working with us to reach an agreeable number! Would definitely return to purchase another Toyota from this dealer.

They are going to try and put you in a lease and cannot get out of a lease and if cedit has any problems they want have not a thing to do with you they stuck me with to lease agreement and now I Kent get out and can't trade either because I got something on my credit now they don't want nothing to do with me and they put in this shape i would be very careful cause they no better than and other car dealership they just out to push cars but they put you in a new car just watch out

I would go and see for yourself. I have purchased my last 3 Toyota's there and have never been happier. All it will cost you is a couple if hours, which you will spend someplace else.
