First of all this is one of the best experiences I’ve had buying anything let alone a car. I gotta give a huge and very special things to Chris Hart!! Going above and beyond is an understatement for this man right here. Transparent, understanding, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and fair I just a few words to use to describe Chris. Soon as you walk through those doors I would definitely ask for him! This gentleman even came out of his way and pick me up and brought me to the dealership! He made sure every box was checked! Can’t say enough about Chris and the rest of the guys at Huntersville Honda sincerely an amazing experience..

We have purchased a LOT of cars over the years from dealerships. Our very positive experience at Hall Honda surpasses by far all other car buying experiences. Our Sales Consultant, Marcellus S., was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, professional, friendly and helpful. Likewise, the Manager, Justin, was extremely professional and friendly. Jamie S., Finance Manager, was very professional, and it was a pleasure to work with him. It was definitely worth the drive from S.C. to Huntersville, NC to have such an excellent car buying experience!!

Damond Outing was awesome! They had two Ridgeline Black Editions on the lot in Sonic Grey Pearl, and I was ready to purchase one, but my wife did not like the color. He got us a black one in very good time at the right price. We still have a 2006 Ridgeline RT going strong with 286,000+ miles and only on its third set of tires. The Ridgeline is the best value for the money compared to all other mid-sized trucks. Only mid-size truck that will carry a full 4 x 8 sheet of plywood with the tail gate down. More storage capacity than any other mid-sized truck because it has a trunk. Can carry a full set of golf clubs under the back seat. And, the 3.5L iVTEC engine is the best in its class.

Bought a 2022 Honda Accord there about 3 weeks ago. My husband and I worked with Carlos Jordan. He really went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted in the right color right away, even though they had to move it from another dealership out of state to get it to me. He was very straightforward. Gave us a very fair value for our trade and answered all of my questions. I really feel like he worked very hard for our business. Any issues we had, he resolved them right away. Carlos is the reason I bought this car from Hall Honda Huntersville. Thanks! We love it.

once you leave that parking lot with a car you dont matter anymore, even if you pay for your car responsibly, we now havnt seen our car in 28 days for a 3 day said warr/recall that we spent $2500 fixing ourselves too, no rental reimbursement or discount for another car.. they did try and call us back to sell us a used vehicle at $15k after they degraded the cost of our new but flawed vehicle.. AJ JD, Robert"Bo" are lousy leaders who cant return phone calls or help and have zero care for others who buy cars from them and some lady named Lolly that lied to corporate saying she had helped only to quit a few days later.. these people need to be looked into... useless saleman that dont care ill never buy another honda again dont care how dependable they are.
You can have it service. But if you did not buy it from a Priorty Store the oil changes are not free.

We don't have In House Financing, however we DO have many other options for financing. Reach out to Alex in the F&I department, he should be able to help review what's available.
Yes, shuttle service is available.
I am actually a salesman at Priority Honda (Catrell Allen). The insurance company shouldn't have a hard time getting you the total. Even if we were to appraise the vehicle for you it wouldn't be beneficial to the insurance company. A majority of the time you will possibly need the to find the MSRP of the vehicle when you purchased it just in case the insurance company requests it. I wish I could help you further.
Most the time you go by your maintenance minder, it is pretty good about flashing codes as items are due. If you are paranoid, Priority has recommeded services at 30 and 60k
Not sure during the week but I do know Saturday at 10 a.m.
