The service department is awesome! Dylan went above and beyond to repair an issue I had after a local shop messed up the install of a lift kit on my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak. Dylan scheduled an appointment for the next day and arranged for the vehicle to be picked up at my house. (New benefit to being Blue Tier with Ford Pass) Service was completed quickly and once again Dylan arranged for delivery back to my house! Thank you Dylan and the entire service team. Time for service on the GT500 next!

My family had a fantastic used truck buying experience here at Huntersville Ford. The entire process was laid back, simple, and quick. Upon arrival, we were able to view the vehicle, test drive, and negotiate price. We were very happy with our final offer, we feel like we got a great deal, and finalized same-day. We secured financing through our bank prior to arrival, and did not have any issues with that. Working with Sales Associates Sonny & Keith was a dream. We would recommend asking for one of them. Michael in finance and Aaron in management were also very transparent and helpful. We had an issue post-sale, and the dealership was very easy to connect with and they quickly remedied the problem. Overall very pleased with my buying experience at Huntersville Ford. I ordered a Hybrid Maverick from them last June. And although many others across the country also have such very early orders, quite a few of them have yet to be even scheduled for production. Yet Huntersville Ford navigated the manufacturer’s ridiculously complex allocation process with ease, and made me one of the first in the country to receive this hard to come by vehicle….without me having to pester them about it even once. That’s what I call exceptional customer service!

My opinion is the Fox lift kit
3 sources told me torque converter was bad, should do transmission also. 2007 expedition el limited 134k miles. Did both. Didn't fix jerking problem. Premium gas takes 90% of my jerking away. Changing all coil packs and plugs at dealership $1000 did fix my friends.
