They Were wonderful to my parents. Staff is always professional and friendly. Building is always clean and we'll maintained. Recommend to everyone if they can afford to live there. Lots of activities and outings to keep boredom to a minimum.

Providence Place is the the best retirement place in Holyoke, MA. I am working far away from home but then I am not worried about my Grand Father's situation. According to my GrandPa there's no place like Providence Place. He enjoy the place, the people as well as the other activity offering by this community. I am truly confident about this place. Highly recommended!

It depends on the size of the apartment. They will be happy to give you a tour and discuss pricing at that time. I toured a year ago and don't remember the prices
You would have to call the office for rates. Some one bedrooms are different sizes.
Payments are monthly. If you contact the Mktg Dir, she can provide rates.
It covers all utilities except telephone and WiFi but includes cable TV. Also there is a Continental breakfast every day. Depending on the plan you choose, there are one or two additional meals per day so you may have lunch or dinner or both.
